1. Nature of Patient Help

NAVSO Patient Help is a non-clinical, administrative support interface. It is intended only for appointment assistance, callback requests, directions, fee and timing queries, second-opinion logistics, patient-support coordination, and related website navigation.

2. No diagnosis, treatment, or report interpretation

Patient Help does not provide diagnosis, prognosis, prescription guidance, treatment recommendations, interpretation of medical records, or medical decision support. It must not be used for symptoms, prescription advice, investigation reports, ECGs, echocardiograms, scans, angiography reports, discharge summaries, or other clinical material.

3. No real-time emergency monitoring

Patient Help is not an emergency desk, ambulance coordination system, real-time monitoring service, or hospital triage channel. Messages sent through this chat may not be continuously monitored or acted upon in real time.

4. Emergency notice

Emergency Notice: If you have chest pain, severe breathing difficulty, or possible cardiac distress, stop using this chat immediately. Please immediately contact the nearest hospital and ambulance service in your location, or call 112 for immediate emergency assistance. This chat is a non-clinical administrative support interface and must not be relied on for emergency care.

5. No doctor-patient relationship by chat alone

Use of Patient Help does not by itself create a doctor-patient relationship with Dr. Navjeet Singh Ahluwalia or NAVSO Cardiology Clinic. A doctor-patient relationship ordinarily begins only during an in-person consultation or a formally scheduled and legally compliant telemedicine consultation.

6. If clinical information is still submitted

If a user nevertheless submits symptoms, prescriptions, reports, or other sensitive medical details through chat, the clinic may decline to treat that submission as a clinical consultation and may respond only with administrative safety directions, appointment guidance, or emergency redirection. Limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for audit, safety, service integrity, legal defence, or regulatory compliance.

7. Accuracy and operational limitations

The clinic aims to keep administrative information reasonably accurate and current. However, appointment availability, fees, timings, callback response windows, hospital access information, and other operational details may change and should be verified directly with the clinic when time-sensitive.

8. AI and automation notice

Patient Help may use automated processing and artificial intelligence to assist with routine administrative conversations. Responses are not reviewed in real time by the doctor and must not be treated as clinical judgement, emergency advice, or a substitute for formal consultation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NAVSO Cardiology Clinic, Dr. Navjeet Singh Ahluwalia, affiliated administrative personnel, and website operators shall not be liable for any loss, delay, deterioration, injury, or consequence arising from reliance on Patient Help for medical, emergency, diagnostic, or treatment purposes, or from a user’s failure to seek timely emergency or direct clinical care.

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

10. Governing law

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of India, including applicable data-protection, information-technology, healthcare, and professional-regulatory requirements. Subject to applicable law, courts at Delhi shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of Patient Help.
